General Introduction about the videos series

The project “Coping with challenging behaviour in youth work” has developed a series of short videos designed to strengthen emotional intelligence, resilience, and stress-management skills. The videos offer:

  • Practical techniques to recognize, understand, and manage emotions
  • Approaches to support young people in their personal development
  • Simple tools to use in workshops, youth exchanges, or everyday life

Available in 6 languages, the resources combine video materials, written content, and storytelling techniques. The aim is to help young people view their lives as a journey – to identify challenges, discover their strengths, and build emotional awareness and coping skills. All videos are available on the platform: https://ccbyerasmus.com/en. They are suitable for youth workers, social workers, psychologists, and everyone working with young people.
